Svaneborg Kardyb
Following the success of their debut album, Over Tage, and their recent international tours, the Nordic jazz duo Svaneborg Kardyb are back, with a new album in tow. Superkilen, the second LP by Nikolaj Svaneborg (keyboards) and Jonas Kardyb (drums), presents a more electronic and energetic approach, whilst retaining the contemplative essence that sets them apart. Intricate and captivating, it marks a new chapter in these musicians’ rising career, and we can now experience them live.
Vega Trails
Inspired by the slopes of the Guadarrama mountains, north-west of Madrid, where he has lived since August 2022, Milo Fitzpatrick presents a live performance of Sierra Tracks, the new album from his expansive chamber jazz project with a cinematic dimension, Vega Trails. In the artist’s own words: “It is an exploration of the relationship between the complexity of the mind and the way in which movement in the real world, especially in nature, can bring clarity and definition.” A remedy for the mind, body and spirit to be discovered at Misty Fest.
